上海市社会组织国际交流促进会简介

      上海市社会组织国际交流促进会（以下简称"沪促会"）成立于 2024 年 12 月，是经上海市人民政府外事办公室、上海市民政局批准成立的具有独立法人资格的地方性社会团体。

       作为专门从事国际交流与合作的社会团体，沪促会致力于广泛联系国际国内有关民间组织和人士，推动上海市社会组织参与国际非政府组织的交流与合作，增进各国人民之间的友谊。

       沪促会宗旨：本着包容、互鉴、共享的理念，参与联合国系统和其它有重要影响的国际非政府组织活动，创建交流平台，促进中外民心相通，为构建人类命运共同体发挥社会力量的作用。

       沪促会业务范围：配合政府部门研究制定社会组织国际交往的政策规划；开展经济、社会事业等领域的国际交流与合作；提供信息咨询和培训等服务；承接政府委托项目。

   The Shanghai NGO Network for International Exchanges

(SHNIE) was established in December 2024 and as a local social organization with independent legal person status approved by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and the Shanghai Administration Bureau of Non-Governmental Organizations. Being a specialized organization for international exchange and cooperation, SHNIE is dedicated to building extensive connections with relevant domestic and international non-governmental organizations and individuals, promoting the participation of Shanghai's social organizations in international NGO exchanges and cooperation, and fostering friendship among people worldwide. SHNIE's mission is to participate in the activities of the United Nations system and other influential international non-governmental organizations based on the principles of inclusiveness, mutual learning, and sharing. It aims to create platforms for exchange, enhance people-to-people connectivity between China and other countries, and leverage the power of social organizations to contribute to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind. SHNIE's scope of work includes: assisting government departments in researching and formulating policies and plans for the international engagement of social organizations; conducting international exchange and cooperation in economic and social fields; providing information, consultation, and training services; and undertaking projects entrusted by the government.
